STARTERS

Smoked Mackerel Salad -  Achill smoked Mackerel, pancetta & Apple with organic mixed leaves and local Balsamic blackberry Vinegar.

Goats cheese Tartlet <V> - Spinach, leeks, goats cheese & sundried tomatoes in pastry.

Mexican spiced beef - Chicory leaves filled with spicy beef, cashews nuts, feta cheese & sour cream

Prawn cocktail - Prawns served on a bed of crisp mixed salad leaves drizzled with a tangy cocktail sauce.

Homemade Fish Chowder or Soup of the evening.


MAIN COURSES

Lamb Shank - Braised Lamb Shank with Rosemary & Red Wine Jus

Fillet of Sea Bass - Saffron sauce & shellfish

Belly of Pork - Slow cooked local Belly of Pork with chorizo, vegetables, beans & turned potatoes

Chicken saltimbocca- Breast of Irish chicken with parma ham, Parmesan cheese, & sun dried tomatoes coated with a tarragon & white wine sauce.

Surf & Turf stir fry - Pan fried Irish Beef with Prawns & mixed vegetables in soya sauce & hidden flavors with Aborio Rice.
